September 24 - Kacy's Birthday!

What a great birthday present, Josie, Cami, and Kasi are here today. And who's birthday is it, you might ask. The answer is it is Kacy's birthday. It is also Dad's day off, so he took the boys to help him on fix the truck.

September 23 - Garrett is 11!!!!!

Today our dear, sweet Garrett is Eleven years old!! One thing he wanted to  do was to make a human pyramid. After several tries we did it.

We made it! Yippee!! 

After working to get a tower built, we went to the skate park with the Tatum's and out friends from Oklahoma, the Deckers.

September 21 - Movie Preparations

Some very good friends of ours are coming in from Oklahoma tomorrow. For about two years we have been trying to make a movie about Robin Hood while they are here, but it never seemed to work. This time we are going to try to get it done, so Riley came over today to work on stunts for the movie and to help get "Sherwood Forest" ready.

 The first thing we had to do was start clearing out a tree for the merry men. The first problem was, that tree hadn't been pruned in years. After much use of the hatchet Zachary and Riley were able to get into the tree.

 Then we had to take down many dead branches. Good thing Zachary had his laso with him.

After we were done.....much better.

 Something else we had to do was make a road. Garrett and Shea did a great job

The movie is being edited right now, but when it comes out we will put it up on here.

September 13 - Science

Ever since GRACE started, we have been doing our science with two other families.

September 12 - Park Day

Josie, Cami, and the Carroll girls are here for the afternoon. It is such a beautiful day that we went to the park. It is so nice to see the girls again. It has been almost two years since we decided to homeschool them.

Everyone on the see-saw as Cami is trying to get off....

....but thanks to Shea she started liking it.
