June 21 - Homeopathic Class Part 2

This morning the younger girls were all up and about really early, and wanting to go do the chores. All these little ladies just got back from a horse camp, so they all had matching t-shirts. They all looked so cute in their cowboy boots, jeans, and t-shirts. They were a huge help with chores and loved playing with all the animals.

Molly and Jenna Playing Cowgirl. We let Rusty graze all night then bring him to water in the morning. He then gets to free range about while we are doing chores. That way we have a ride if we need anything at the house.

Aubrey learning how to feed Rusty out of her hand.

Andi playing fetch with Reacher.

The little turkeys were very intriguing to the girls. Everyone wanted to hold one.

The girls wanted to see if Rusty could eat out of a coffee can...he can't, if anyone's interested.

Walking up everyone had something, Molly and Jenna got Rusty, Sadie had the compost bucket and the puppy (named dip stick by Jenna), Aubrey had the calf to stake her out, and Andi had another compost bucket.
Later, while the Homeopathic class was happening all the younger ones played in the puddle.

I think they got stuck and just left the boots.
Meanwhile in the house, mom did an excellent job teaching all the ladies.

While the mamma's and Janessa were making lunch, Kacy and Lexi went out to let the younger kids ride. Lexi took it upon herself to keep Banner out of the way, a full time job by itself. We ran out of horses to ride before we ran out of riders, so we went over and got Pepper.

Zane thought that all the other horses were too big for him, but when he saw Pepper, Zane decided that Pepper was just the right size. (Even though Pepper is the biggest horse I have ever ridden)

Zane is infatuated with the baby "tickens"

One of the finds of the day was this little one.

Jenna looks so tiny on Pepper, but she rode him like a pro. Oh... and she learned to jump a horse this weekend. It took a lot of fast talking to stop her from jumping Pepper. She did excellent on Libby though.
